1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Heliumtenna ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Heliumtenna provides IoT device monitoring and notification services for devices connected to the Helium Network. Our platform allows users to receive real-time notifications via Telegram and Discord channels when their devices send data through the network.

3. User Accounts

To use Heliumtenna, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Free Trial Period

New users receive a 3-day free trial period to test our Service. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue receiving notifications. Trial periods are limited to one per user.

5. Subscription and Payment

Heliumtenna offers subscription plans processed through Creem.io:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly/yearly at the rate displayed on our pricing page
• Payment is processed securely through Creem.io payment gateway
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

6. Device Integration

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Only add devices you own or have authorization to monitor
• Provide accurate device information (Device EUI, App EUI)
• Configure webhook URLs as specified in our documentation
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Third-Party Integrations

Heliumtenna integrates with third-party services (Telegram, Discord). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these platforms. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of third-party services.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Heliumtenna, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Data Retention

Warning: Logs are retained for a limited time. Raw sensor data may be kept for up to three days, and payload data for up to seven days. These retention periods are subject to change without notice.

We recommend exporting any critical data you wish to preserve beyond these periods. Heliumtenna is not responsible for the loss of data due to our retention policies or system failures.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• Delivery of all device notifications
• Compatibility with all Helium Network devices
• Service availability during maintenance periods

11. Limitation of Liability

Heliumtenna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to missed notifications, data loss, or device monitoring failures.

12. Trademark Disclaimer

"Helium" is a registered trademark. Heliumtenna is an independent service not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Helium (Nova) or the Helium Foundation. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
• Use the Service in a manner that disrupts operations

14. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Heliumtenna are owned by us and protected by copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
