To connect your device, go to the Dashboard and click "Add Device". Enter your Device EUI and App EUI from your Helium Console. Then configure the webhook in your Helium Console to point to the provided webhook URL.

First, create an integration in the Integrations page. For Discord, create a webhook in your Discord server and paste the URL. For Telegram, start a chat with our bot and follow the linking instructions. Then link the integration to your device in the device details page.

Mapping code transforms your device's JSON data into readable messages. Use syntax like { temperature } to insert values, or { boolean(doorOpen){Open}{Closed} } for conditional text. Check our documentation for more examples.

Check that: 1) Your device is sending data (visible in Logs), 2) You have an active subscription, 3) Your integration is properly configured and linked to the device, 4) Your webhook URL is correctly set in Helium Console.

Yes! Use { gps_map } in your mapping code to show device location, or { gps_map(true) } to include nearby gateways. Your device data must include latitude and longitude fields for this to work.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
